From the time of your order to the delivery to your door it takes around 10-14 weeks. The order goes to the builder, the furniture is built and then finished to order, comes to our store in Halifax and then delivered to you. Every piece is made to your specifications and with a lot of care, this process cannot be rushed.
Yes, all the furniture is made of solid fine North American hardwoods - there is no MDF or Particle Board in KVADRO furniture.
We do a lot of customization. Pick one of our designs and your furniture will be built to your specifications such as wood and stain colour, hardware, size, edge profile etc.
Absolutely. All KVADRO furniture is handcrafted by the Amish woodworkers. We work with small Amish shops which we carefully selected to match our quality standards. Most of the shops are located in the Midwest of the US.

Joe grew up in a small Mennonite community in Nova Scotia. The woodworking gene runs in his family. Joe has been working in the wood cabinetry and high-end furniture industry for over 15 years. It shows. He has gained a reputation among our customers as the one who doesn’t cut corners.
Ayana Dueck, Administration and Sales
Ayana works in many different capacities, bringing her valuable input in the company's current and future operations. She is always full of ideas and loves to decorate. Joe and Ayana Dueck are proud parents to two children.

Our chairs arrived last Thursday. We had a message on our home phone on Tuesday and I returned the call Wednesday. The delivery was arranged for Thursday afternoon. We received our chairs, four boxes on a pallet, that you probably packed. One box had a small hole in the side, which I peaked through looking for any damage and happily saw none. I eagerly unpacked each box. All the chairs were in perfect condition and looked stunning. Teresa and I are so happy with our purchase. We originally had slight reservations ordering from such a distance away, but our expectations have been surpassed. We have proudly invited friends and family to see them and have had nothing but rave reviews. We would certainly purchase from your company again and will highly recommend you to others.
